Account Deletion Options

Website Account Deletion

The easiest way to delete your account is directly through our website:

1. Log in to the Guptodhan website at https://guptodhan.com
2. Navigate to "Profile"
3. Select "Account Delete"
4. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account

Alternative Deletion Request Method

If you no longer have access to the website or are experiencing issues with the deletion process, you can request account deletion by:

• Emailing us at: guptodhan24@gmail.com
• Include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• Please provide the email address associated with your account

We will process your request within 14 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.

Data Management

Data Deletion Information

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• All transaction records
• Shopping history
• Saved items and wishlists
• Account credentials
• User preferences and settings
• Any personal information associated with your profile
• Vendor information (if applicable)

Data Retention

We retain the following limited information after account deletion:

• Anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked back to your account
• Aggregated analytics data used to improve app performance
• Crash reports (without personal identifiers)

These anonymized data points are retained for a maximum of 90 days after account deletion.
